We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven individual to join us at KENT UK, the current position we are recruiting is: Sales Support & Office Administrator The basic purpose of the position is to maintain our high standards of customer service by providing clear and accurate information to our well-established customer base and assisting our UK-wide sales team daily. The attributes of the individual we are looking for: • Strong communication skills. • Demonstrate the ability to interact with a wide range of customers. • Work under their autonomy whilst showing initiative. • Motivated and target drove.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment. • Able to build and develop long-lasting customer relationships. • Work closely within a team with cross-departmental functions. • Always looking to train and develop your skills to help you succeed.
The duties and responsibilities: • Dealing with and following up on phone and online sales inquiries. • Ensuring a healthy margin for profitability is achieved and maintained. • Ensuring accurate records of customer profiles are recorded and kept up to date within CRM to ensure high levels of customer service is maintained. • Process sales orders and create new accounts on the system, updating notes accordingly. • Assist/Manage to resolve customer complaints or queries, aiming for a 1 st -time resolution to ensure high-quality customer service. • Assisting with administration support within any department when required. • To ensure that all requirements of the Company’s Quality Assurance program are fully observed and maintained.
